I became a personal trainer because I know what it's like to live an unhealthy lifestyle, and I know how hard it is to change a bad habit into a good one, and I achieved my goal with just exercise and healthy eating.

As a certified orthopedic exercise specialist, I've worked with people with all different types of body ailments. My belief is that you shouldn't have to limit yourself when you get hurt. It's all the reason why you should work harder to have the quality of life that you deserve.
